I lead with value: My wild is my compass

In a world that moves fast and feels uncertain, it's important to have a foundation to rest your feet on. A grounding place from where action starts.
For me, grounding doesn't mean having it all figured out. I don’t need to always have the right answer. What steadies me is knowing I can move with clarity on my purpose. That I can be led by something deeper, something real.
Understanding who I want to be in each role I get to play in life gives me that grounding place where my feet can stand confidently.
I am W.I.L.D.
A wild mama, a wild leader, a wild partner, friend, and human. For me, I define W.I.L.D. as such:

Wonderment: I lead with curiosity and awe.
Inspiration: I create spaces rooted in joyful connection and encouragement.
Love: I hold compassion and grace for others and myself.
Drive: I empower others to find their spark and own it with fierce clarity, courage, and confidence.
This is what keeps me anchored. These values bring me back to myself when things feel uncertain. If you're feeling untethered, you're not alone. Maybe this is your moment to return to what grounds you too.
